The Admission and Administration Department

The Admission and Administration Department serves the School’s mission and student affairs policies by providing student protection and support services.

These services include pre-course counselling and enrolment advice for prospective students, management of student fees, insurance and contract procedures, as well as assistance in immigration, medical and accommodation matters. The Department also maintains and reviews records for class attendance and examination results to ensure that students satisfy the stipulated requirements for course completion.

Admission & Administration Department
	JEAN CHUA WEN YU AdvDip CIT Admission & Administration Director, Human Resource Manager Ms. Chua is one of the pioneer staff at Inspiration, managing customer relations and providing student support since its inception in 1989, under the Admission and Administration Department that she now heads. She attained the Advanced Diploma in Interior Design from Canberra Institute of Technology in 2001. As one of Inspiration’s directors, she also spearheads staff training, student welfare and company branding.
	ALLY WANG YI DAN BA Canberra Admission & Administration Manager, CAD Lecturer Ms. Wang received her Bachelor of Interior Design from the University Of Canberra in 2004. As Admission and Administration Manager at Inspiration Design International School, Ms. Wang handles all manner of administrative matters relating to students. These include recruitment, enrolment, immigration support for International Students and Fee Protection Scheme briefings and documentation.
	CHIA PEI EN Customer Service Executive Ms. Chia recently completed ‘A’ level studies and is now pursuing a degree in Accounting and Finance at the Singapore Institute of Management on a part-time basis. Ms. Chia works at Inspiration Design International School as a Customer Service Executive, providing clients, parents and students with admissions and administrative support.
The Finance Department The Finance Department aligns its processes to financial policies set by the Academic Board and manages Inspiration’s financial resources accordingly. It is responsible for planning and adhering to the School’s annual budgets and accounting for monies used in year-end reports.

	ROBIN HO KWOK SENG MBA Nottingham BA NUS Finance Director Mr. Ho graduated with a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Nottingham, UK. He has been actively involved in the training and design industry since 1999 and has provided consultation services for private educational institutions throughout East Asia as well as Indo-China in the areas of operations and academic processes. Mr. Ho was the General Manager for Singapore’s most successful Junior Sports Development Program during his tenure with Malaysian listed company, Litespeed Education Sdn. Bhd., and later developed August International Pte. Ltd. which became Singapore’s second largest marine industry occupational safety training provider. Mr. Ho is currently the Chief Finance Officer for the Inspiration Design International School.
