Studio Manager (Lecturer)

 

The Inspiration Way

  • Teachers take on the role of Studio Manager.

  • Students take on the role of trainee designer in the studio.

 

Requirements

  • Commitment to Inspiration’s vision, mission and strategic goals in the delivery of our programs.

  • Demonstrated content knowledge of the program and monitoring strategies, which enable students to achieve their full potential.

  • Ability to utilize a range of teaching and learning strategies to maintain student attendance and monitor student progress.

  • Demonstrated organisational skills and commitment to deliver the program, undertake student assessment, and submit progress reports on time and according to requirements.

 

Responsibilities

  • Course delivery

  • Teach according to the curriculum outline

  • Monitor class progress against objectives

  • Monitor student academic performance against outcomes

  • Undertake fair and equitable assessment of students

  • Submit students' academic progress report to academic director

  • Maintain positive learning environment appropriate to Inspiration’s ethos

  • Maintain at least 90% of student attendance in each class

  • Produce supplementary teaching resources, when required

  • Contribute to the curriculum development and general administration needs of the program as required

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum Degree in a relevant field

  • At least 5 years relevant work experience

  • Preferably with teaching experience

 

PART-TIME position available 

Administrative Assistant 

 

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Highly organised and meticulous

  • Resourceful, mature and independent

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Working Hours : 11am - 8pm (Mon - Fri) / 9.30am - 1.30pm (Sat)

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of administrative support (HR, Admin, marketing etc)

  • Filing, data-entry and other documentation works

  • Assist in handling incoming calls and answering queries

  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent

  • At least 2 years relevant experience (preferably in admin work)
